Summary of Responsibilities:
A Medical Sales Representative is responsible for the training, sales and related support services of Paragon 28 products within the territory.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Builds and maintains customer relationships, while able to cover orthopedic procedures with clinical proficiency and business acumen.
• Educates and informs sales representatives, doctors, nurses, and appropriate staff personnel as to the proper use and maintenance of P28 products
• Facilitates on-time delivery of products to customers.
• Responsible for territory case coverage.
• Managing and maintaining a sample inventory of products.
• Solves product problems for customers in an expeditious fashion.
• Coordinates customer training.
• Aggressively solicit orders from present and prospective customers for the products assigned.
• Strictly adheres to all laws and Paragon 28 policies regarding the interaction with Health Care Professionals, product handling and complaints, expense reporting, sales activities and training.
• Keeps respective Regional Sales Manager informed of territory progress on a regular basis.
• Directs product evaluations in OR and office settings.
• Responsible for successful completion of sales training.

Required Skills and Abilities:
• Bachelor’s Degree Required.
• Medical Device Sales Experience Preferred.
• Strong Sales and Communication Skills.

• Work weekends, evenings, and holidays as surgeries require on an emergency basis.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and active vehicle insurance policy.

Job Overview
Paragon 28 is seeking a talented, self-motivated, Contract (1099) Graphic Designer to collaborate with our creative team. The Contract Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating promotional materials to support product launches, corporate promotional campaigns, events, and social media, and coordinating with the Manager of Creative Services on a project basis. This role requires a creative and organized individual who can work within our established brand standards to produce marketing collateral.
Our ideal candidate has a strong portfolio and expert-level knowledge of the Adobe Suite. Designer must be available for communication during business hours. This position is a 1099/contract role. Projects will be ongoing but may fluctuate in frequency and hours.
Responsibilities and Duties
• Design and deliver high-quality, design-savvy print and web-based marketing pieces (social media posts, brochures, posters, videos, etc.) following a given project’s requirements.
• Work with the Manager of Creative Services to ensure brand standards are being followed.
• Assist in generating concepts and collaterals for significant events and meetings (posters, banners, invitations, ads, etc.
• Capable of comprehending scientific and technical material in order to complete effective visualization of projects.
• Willing to view surgical and cadaveric anatomy without apprehension.
Requirements and Qualifications
• BA/BS in marketing, communication, biology, or related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in a design environment
• Must demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills
• Must be able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Ability to operate independently with little direction-self starter
• Excellent planning, organization, and analytical skills
• Strong layout and design skills using the Adobe Creative Suite (primarily Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and PhotoShop)
• Social Media visual best practices are a plus

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Builds and maintains customer relationships, while able to cover orthopedic procedures with clinical proficiency and business acumen.
• Educates and informs sales representatives, doctors, nurses, and appropriate staff personnel as to the proper use and maintenance of P28 products
• Facilitates on-time delivery of products to customers.
• Responsible for territory case coverage.
• Managing and maintaining a sample inventory of products.
• Solves product problems for customers in an expeditious fashion.
• Coordinates customer training.
